With the launch of my therapy practice, I bring 20 years of experience as a school counselor dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges and transitions. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating the impact of childhood trauma. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and rooted in helping clients build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and create healthier ways of moving forward. I believe that healing is not about “fixing” yourself, but about reconnecting with your inner strength and finding new possibilities for growth. It’s an honor to provide a safe, supportive space for that journey.
